A big anniversary is cause for a big celebration so the committee got thinking and decided to plan 2 events. The first event was the weekend 23rd-25th of January 2026 at the South Wales Caving Club hut. Everyone got together drank a lot and caved a bit! It was lovely to get to know everyone and meet people that have been pivotal to the club through the years.
The second event took place March 21st 2026. Everyone gathered in Aberystwyth for a night of talks. We had many people get up and talk about their adventures in the club and how proud they were to see it still thriving. A lot were shocked we had 40 members this year! After much laughing and reminiscing we headed to the pub to have a lovely meal out followed by more drinks in a pub in Aber. Everyone enjoyed and promised to keep in contact and meet up more often
