Met Office forecast

Every Tuesday at 9pm, the cavers of Aberystwyth descend on the one place that they can truly call home…The Fountain Inn. Once the landlord has had enough and chucked us out for the night, we usually move on to the other fine drinking establishments of Aber, including The Ship and Castle, The Castle or The Angel, until the small hours of the morning.

You’re welcome to turn up and meet us, whether you’re interested in going caving or just fancy a pint. We’re usually found downstairs in the lounge (by the caving photos).

The Fountain is also home to the infamous ‘Caving Challenge’. If you want to know what it is then you’ll have to come and find out.

If you’re unfamiliar with the geography of Aber, then this map should help you find us. The Fountain Inn is directly opposite the fire station, the other side of Trefechan Bridge.
