The first weekend trip of the year is here and we’ll be staying in the Westminster caving hut on the south Brecon Beacons. The club will be doing different types of caves over the weekend, so it will a good introduction to the sport, whatever your ability.
Currently we’ve got loads of spaces left on the trip, so if you’re interested just send me an email. You can also sign up at this week’s social (deadline will be Thursday 1pm). The overall cost will be £20 and includes everything. Can you please bring this money to the social so that we can buy the food for you. If you haven’t paid membership yet then that will be an extra fiver too.
Weekend trips have a strong social element to them, so if you would like to get to know other members of the club and have the opportunity to try a variety of caves then this is most definitely an event for you.
Hope to see you at the social, 9pm Wednesday at The Fountain as always. People will be at the porters lodge at 8.30pm to bring those of you that don’t know the way yet.
